At Themepe, we stand behind the quality of our digital products and aim to provide the best possible experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where our product may not fully meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Issue Resolution: If you encounter a technical issue that we are unable to resolve and it makes the product unusable, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Downloaded Products: If you have purchased but not downloaded the product within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a refund. Once the product is downloaded or after 7 days have passed, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date. After this period, refunds will not be processed.
- Refunds apply only to the initial purchase. If you repurchase a product, the 7-day refund window is calculated from the first purchase date.
- By accepting a refund, you agree to immediately stop using the product and relinquish all rights to it.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable. We will send an email reminder 2 weeks before your subscription renewal date so you can cancel in advance if you do not wish to continue.
- Themepe reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the above criteria.

- If your request meets the refund policy conditions, we will approve and process your refund.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (timing may vary depending on your payment provider).
